I have a sour taste in my mouth over what should have been an overall positive experience. All Equinox is doing is nickel and diming me at the tail end of my membership, which feels like a terrible way to treat a loyal customer. (I also then found out I could have cancelled in the app / over the phone, even though everything on the website says you have to cancel in person.) I have moved out of the city and have not used the gym since moving because I can't fit it in around my commute.
